Usually Greg Ferro is the one interviewing people. But at the recent Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) 96 meeting in Berlin, Germany, I had the chance to turn the microphone around and ask Greg some questions of my own, including:
- What did he think of an IETF meeting now that he was at one?
- What did he find most interesting during the week?
- Where does he see the future of networking going?
- How is it that Australians can say curmudgeonly things in a way that the rest of us can’t?
We also discussed the evolution of the Packet Pushers series of podcasts and much more. It was an enjoyable conversation – and I did tell him I would try to start writing on the Packet Pushers site. Hence… this post!
