On October 11, 2018, the Packet Pushers held their second Virtual Design Clinic. Enjoy this full-length presentation from that event.
Andrey Khomyakov of AthenaHealth discusses how their shop uses Puppet for network automation. Andrey’s presentation is from the “lessons learned” perspective, where he shares some of the mistakes they made in their Puppet architecture, and how they’ve improved it along the way.
Andrey also explains why they chose Puppet for switch management, a contrarian choice as many shops have opted for Ansible.
