That message has been trickling into the networking industry recently as talk about automation, orchestration, and software-defined everything has ramped up. But is it true? And just what does programming mean in a networking context?

We’ve invited a few guests with some strong opinions to dig into this topic, break it down, and, we hope, provide a more clear picture of what’s happening in networking, where it’s going, and what kind of skillsets are going to be valuable over the next decade.
