    Completely correct on the SONiC, Broadcom thoughts. It’s not about SONiC for the ASIC manufacturers, but taking the risk away. Cumulus being acquired hurt open networking/ disaggregation and by taking away that risk and having a NOS from companies that won’t be acquired, Microsoft/Broadcom/Edgecore/Dell you guarantee that you will be selling your ASIC.
